The Tippecanoe Online Academy (TOA)  is now taking applications for its first class of students. The state accredited online high school was created to meet the growing needs of different types of learners in grades 9-12.

Tippecanoe Online Academy is an extension of the Tippecanoe School Corporation and designed for learners who seek a flexible and personalized online education experience. 

“We are excited to welcome students within the Tippecanoe School Corporation seeking an alternative learning environment, as well as students outside our district searching for a flexible, personalized online education,” says Director of Technology Innovation Devin Arms.

“In contrast to other K-12 online programs throughout the state, our groundbreaking partnership with Arizona State University has elevated the TOA on three fronts—program design, online teaching and cutting-edge online course content. Every TOA teacher is a TSC educator certified by ASU, ensuring a blend of award-winning teaching with innovative digital learning.”

“Students will have flexibility in their day to allow them to work, explore internship opportunities or other interests,” says Coordinator of Connected Learning Sarah Margeson. “Students will make their own schedules, have live, interactive lessons with a teacher and be matched with a learning success coach.”
